Change management when people are tired
When teams are tired, change support has to be practical, paced, and clear about what is actually changing.
Change fatigue is not solved with more messaging. People need clarity about what is changing, what is staying the same, and where to go for help.
Warning
A change plan that ignores capacity usually creates avoidable follow-up work.
- Make ownership visible.
- Keep standards simple.
- Create a feedback path before issues pile up.
